BOOKINGS POLICY
We require one or two nights tariff (depending on length of stay) as a deposit, to confirm your booking with us. This is to be done at time of booking.
No booking is guaranteed unless the deposit has been paid.
Guests are responsible for the whole period booked.
We cannot guarantee weather or snow conditions.
There is a $25 handling charge for changing booking dates from those originally booked.
CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL cancellations incur a min. 10% booking fee.
No refund for early departure.
ALL REFUNDS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHALETS MANAGEMENT.
LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE NO REFUND.
IMPORTANT! - YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR ACCOMMODATION AND HAVE RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHALETS.
